Conspiracy theory is the only booming industry in Pakistan and the finder of this industry is much known of the media group, which is quite sharply running this industry where rumors are also molded. It is one of the murkiest business as the psychology of conspiracy theory betrays a deep-set sense of insecurity, fear of victimisation and a bloated view of self-grandeur — schizophrenia in short. Just analyze, Jang group is not doing exactly that???
Sometimes I wonder why we give so much space to conspiracy theorists on our television channels and in the print media. This is the reason that such conspiracy theorists like Mr. Mere Mutabiq, Ansar Abbasi, Hamid Mir, Shaheen Sehbai and Mosharraf Zaidi are gaining frequency. Such people should be banned from the media as they are masters at creating confusion and further destabilising the country.
